青岛海基环境艺术工作室成立，同年8月，青岛海基环境艺术有限公司成立。

2007年6月，公司迁至上海，成立上海永州海虹工艺品有限公司，专注仿真景观产品研发生产。

2008年3月，创立广州市白云区海虹仿真植物厂（广州海虹企业集团总部）策划设计、生产研发基地整体搬迁至广州，年销售额破5000万。

广州市白云区海虹仿真植物厂设立，生产的室外产品可抗15级台风、抗雪压、抗紫外线；室内产品阻燃达B1等级。

2010年10月，凭借独特鲜明的技术风格，精湛的制作工艺成为园林城市景观知名企业，年产值超亿元大关。同年，香港海基工艺有限公司、韩国生产基地成立。

2012年6月，创立广州海虹园林景观工程有限公司，专注于主题景观设计，主题包装工程施工，获发装饰装修二级资质，安全生产许可证。

In June 2012, Guangzhou Haihong Garden Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on theme landscape design and theme packaging engineering construction, and was issued with class II qualification for decoration and safety production license.

2013年2月，于湖南设立永州海虹仿真园林产品加工基地，公司全球员工超1000人，所引领的公司年销售额突破8亿元大关。成都环球中心财富论坛上，获哥伦比亚广播公司（CBS）采访报道。

2020年3月，于湖南省宁远市投资建设“海虹文化旅游城”，打造海虹自主IP，宁远海虹文化旅游开发有限公司设立。同年6月，海虹（深圳）软装景观设计有限公司设立，全面推进主题包装设计，进一步补强优势，跃升成为园林设计行业中坚。
